A workspace holds your clients, their sites and your team. You need one workspace per agency or company.

Ask for your workspace

  1. Open my.notiamo.com/signup.
  2. Fill in Email, Your name, Agency or company name and Website, then press Send request.
  3. Open the email we send you and press Confirm my email. The link works for 24 hours.
  4. We check every request by hand. When your workspace is ready, you get the email “Your workspace is ready”.

Your 14-day free trial starts when the workspace is created. It has the limits of the Studio plan (up to 15 sites) and needs no card.

Log in

Notiamo has no passwords.

  1. Open my.notiamo.com, type your email and press Send login link.
  2. Open the link in the email. It works once and expires in 15 minutes.

You land in the Inbox. It is empty until the first comment arrives.

Add a client

Each site belongs to a client. For your own site, make a client with your own company name.

  1. In the sidebar, open Clients.
  2. Type the Client name and press Add client.
  3. Open the client you just made.

Add a site

On the client’s page, the Sites card has a short form.

  1. Type the Site name, for example “Main site” or “Staging”.
  2. In Allowed origins, put each address where the site runs, one per line, for example https://example.com and https://staging.example.com. Only the domain: no path, no #. Use https://; http:// only works for localhost.
  3. Press Add site.

The widget only works on the origins you list here. If the site has a www and a bare address, add both.
