Hosting and data location

The app, the database and all files run on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Emails are sent by Wise Cloud SASU from servers in Romania. Both countries are in the European Union.

Backups

The database is backed up every day at 03:00. We keep the last 14 backups. They are stored on the same server as the app.

Access

Each client sees only their own sites.
Internal notes stay inside your team. Clients never see them.
The widget stays hidden from normal visitors of the site. It shows only to people who log in.
Clients log in with a link sent by email. They have no password, so there is no client password to store.

Payments

Payments go through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoices and handles the taxes. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch Notiamo.

Bot protection

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the login and sign-up pages. It checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form.

Cookies

We only use the cookies that login needs. There are no tracking or advertising cookies. Read the privacy policy

Notiamo is run by Veziro SASU, a company in France. For the content of your workspace, we act as your processor, and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies. Read the DPA
