Questions about plans and billing
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT. Stripe adds the taxes at checkout, depending on your country.
How does the free trial work?
Each new workspace gets 14 days free with the limits of the Studio plan: up to 15 sites and every feature. You do not need a card.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted when the trial ends: you can still read your comments and export them. Choose a plan at any time to continue. If a workspace stays without a plan, the terms say how long it is kept. Read the terms
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the billing page of your workspace. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep full access until then.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time. A higher plan applies at once, with the price difference for the rest of the period. A lower plan applies at the end of the current period.
How do I get my invoices?
Stripe sells the plans as merchant of record. Its Link service sends your receipts and invoices by email. Your card statement shows “LINK.COM* NOTIAMO”.
How can I pay?
By card, or with the other payment methods that Stripe shows at checkout.
