Every plan has unlimited team members and clients. Plans differ in the number of sites.

The plans

Plan Monthly Yearly Sites
Solo €9 €90 3
Studio €39 €390 15
Agency €99 €990 unlimited (fair use)

Prices are without VAT; Stripe adds the tax for your country. Yearly billing gives you two months free. You can cancel at any time. Full details on the pricing page.

The free trial

Your workspace starts with a 14-day trial, with the limits of the Studio plan (up to 15 sites). No card is needed.

Three days before the end, your team sees a banner in the dashboard and admins get an email. If you choose a plan during the trial, your trial days are kept: the first payment is due when the trial ends.

Choose a plan

Only admins see billing.

  1. In the sidebar, open Billing.
  2. Under Choose a plan, pick Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Press the button of the plan, for example Choose Studio.
  4. Pay on the Stripe page. You come back to Notiamo; your plan updates within a few seconds.

Stripe handles the payment. Your card details never reach Notiamo.

Change plan, update your card, get invoices, cancel

On the Billing page, press Manage billing. It opens Stripe, where you can change plan, update your card, see and download invoices, or cancel.

A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The Current plan card shows the date.

When the trial ends or a payment fails

In both cases, nothing is deleted.

  • Trial over, no plan: the workspace becomes read-only. Everyone can still read all comments, but nothing new can be added. Clients see “Comments are paused on these sites for now.” Choose a plan and everything works again at once.
  • A payment failed: the workspace keeps working while Stripe tries the payment again. Admins see a banner with Update card. If the subscription ends without payment, the workspace becomes read-only.

Site limit

When your plan’s site limit is reached, Notiamo will not add another site. Choose a larger plan: on the Billing page during the trial, or with Manage billing once you pay. The Billing page shows how many sites you use.
