The dashboard, the widget on the site and every email exist in six languages: English, Français, Deutsch, Español, Italiano and Română. Each person picks their own. Your client in Milan can use Italian while your team works in English.
Your language in the dashboard
- In the sidebar, open Settings.
- In the Language menu, pick your language.
The change applies at once and is saved to your account. Your emails, such as the summaries, use it too.
Before you log in, the login page has the same Language menu. Without a choice, Notiamo follows the language of your browser, or English.
Your language on the site
The widget follows the language of your browser. After you log in, it uses the language of your account.
To change it on the site, open Comments in the review tools. At the bottom of the panel, pick another language in the menu next to your name. This also saves it to your account.
The language of an invite
When you invite someone, choose the Email language. The invite is sent in that language, and it becomes their language in Notiamo. People who already have an account keep their own.
A default language for a client
Admins can set it once per client:
- In the sidebar, open Clients, then the client.
- Choose the Client language and press Save language.
Every new invite to this client then starts in that language. With Inviter’s language, invites start in the language of the person who sends them.
What is not translated
- The comments and replies themselves stay as people wrote them.
- Lines posted to Slack by a webhook are in English.
- The prompt for AI agents and the agent tools are in English.
