You do not need to keep the dashboard open. Notiamo sends you a short email with what changed on your sites since the last one.

What the email contains

  • new comments and replies;
  • status changes;
  • assignments;
  • edited comments and replies, and deleted replies.

Each line links to the comment. The button Open the inbox takes you to the dashboard.

You never get your own actions back. Clients only get what they can see: no internal notes, and only their own sites.

Choose how often

  1. In the sidebar, open Settings.
  2. In the Profile and email digest card, keep Email digest ticked.
  3. Pick the Digest frequency:
    • Right away: an email as soon as something happens;
    • Every hour: at most one email per hour;
    • Once a day: one email a day.
  4. Press Save settings.

New accounts start with the email on, every hour.

Turn the email off

Untick Email digest and press Save settings. The link at the bottom of every summary, “Change how often you get this email”, opens the same page.

Mentions come at once

When someone names you with @ in a comment or a reply, you get an email right away, whatever your frequency. Everything else still waits for your usual summary.

Language of the email

The email uses the language of your account. Change it with the Language menu on the same Settings page. See Languages.

Other ways to be told
