Notiamo stores what you and your clients write, and the details that help fix a problem. Nothing else.

Where your data lives

  • The app, the database and the files run on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, in the EU.
  • Emails are sent by Wise Cloud SASU from servers in Romania.
  • The database is backed up every day; 14 backups are kept.
  • Payments go through Stripe. Card details never reach Notiamo.

What a comment records

With each comment, Notiamo keeps:

  • the text, the mark on the page, and any screenshot, photos or documents you added;
  • the page address, the screen size, zoom and scroll position, the browser, its language and time zone;
  • the HTML of the marked element, with typed values, tokens and query strings removed;
  • page errors and failed requests seen while the review tools were open.

The technical details are shown to the agency team only. A screenshot is taken only when you press Add screenshot and allow the browser to share the tab.

What visitors of the site load

Ordinary visitors only load a small script that checks whether the review tools should show. They see nothing, and it sets no cookie. The full widget loads only for people who review.

Who sees what

  • The agency team sees every client and site of the workspace.
  • A client sees only its own sites, and never internal notes or the technical details.
  • An AI agent sees what its token allows. See Connect an AI agent.

Export your comments

Open the site page in Notiamo and press Export CSV or Export JSON. You get every comment of the site with its replies.

Delete comments and files

  • Your own comment or reply: on the site, press Delete under it. It is hidden at once and deleted for good after 30 days.
  • Any comment: admins can press Delete comment on the comment page, or tick comments in the Inbox and press Delete selected. This removes the comment, its replies, files and history for good.
  • All comments of a site: admins open the site page and use Delete all feedback on this site in the Danger zone. Type the site name to confirm.

Uploads never attached to a comment are deleted after one day.

Close your workspace

To close your workspace, write to [email protected]. After it is closed, you can ask for an export for 30 days. Then it is deleted, and backups are overwritten within 14 more days. The privacy policy and the data processing agreement give the full rules.
