Claude Code, Cursor and other AI agents can set up Notiamo from start to finish. You only step in twice: to confirm your email, and to pay if you choose a paid plan. This page is for you, the owner. The technical guide for the agent is at For AI agents.

What the agent does alone

  • Creates your free account. It asks with your email and your name, and can add your company name and your site’s address.
  • Sets up the site. It saves your site’s public address, adds the embed code to your code and, on a paid plan, creates more projects and sites.
  • Checks the install and invites your team or your client by email.
  • Works on the comments: it reads them with their screenshots, makes the change, replies and marks them done. It never closes a comment; the client checks and closes it.
  • Starts the 14-day Studio trial when you ask, once per person, in any workspace.
  • Creates another workspace for you when you ask (up to 3 a day), then asks you to pay. A new workspace may start on the trial, or need a plan until you choose one.
  • Asks you to upgrade when the free plan is too small. It never pays.

What you do

Confirm your email

You get the email “Confirm your free Notiamo account”. It names the agent that asked. Press Confirm, then Confirm and accept the terms on the page that opens. By confirming, you accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. The link works for 24 hours.

Your account opens on the free plan. The agent gets its key the next time it checks, and can start the setup. If it has not picked up its key within 7 days, create a new one yourself (see below).

Approve a payment

When you need more than the free plan, the agent asks for a payment link. You get the email “Your agent asks to upgrade”, with the plan and the price. Press Pay with Stripe and pay on the Stripe page. The agent never sees your card details, and Notiamo never charges without you. You can also choose a plan yourself in Billing. Give a key to an agent when you already have an account

An agent cannot sign up an email that already has an account. Give it a key instead:

  1. Log in at my.notiamo.com and open Settings. Find the Agent tokens card.
  2. Choose Full (can reply and change status) and All my sites. A read-only token, or one limited to one site, cannot do the setup.
  3. Press Create token and copy it. It is shown only once.
  4. Give it to your agent, or run the setup command shown in the card.

Revoke or replace the key

All keys are in Settings, in the Agent tokens card. A key made by an agent’s sign-up is marked Agent sign-up.

  • Revoke stops the key at once. Any agent using it stops working.
  • Replace key makes a new key and stops the old one. Give the new key to your agent.

Did you not ask for this?

If you get a confirm email you did not expect, do not press Confirm. Press Report it in the email, then Report it on the page that opens. No account is opened, and agents cannot use your email to sign up again. Reporting works even after the 24 hours.

Repeated reports from one network block agent sign-ups from it for a while.

Limits and refusals your agent may show you

The agent tells you why a step did not work, in your language. The most common answers:

  • “This email already has a Notiamo account.”: log in and give the agent a key (see above).
  • “Too many sign-up attempts. Wait before trying again.”: one email can get a few sign-up requests a day. Wait, or sign up yourself at my.notiamo.com/signup.
  • “This email address cannot be used to sign up.”: the address is a throwaway address, or it reported an agent sign-up before. Sign up yourself.
  • “Sign-up by agents is paused” or “is closed”: we stopped agent sign-ups for a while. Sign up yourself.
  • A plan limit: the free plan has 1 site, 1 project, up to 3 people and one public address per site. The agent tells you which plan fits, and can ask you to upgrade.
  • The trial was already used: the Studio trial works once per person, in any workspace. The agent can ask you to choose a plan.

Payment link emails are limited to 3 a day, so an agent cannot flood your inbox.
