Webflow has a site-wide field for code that goes before the closing </body> tag. That is the right place for Notiamo.

Copy the embed code

In Notiamo, open Clients, then the client, then the site. In the Embed code card, press the copy button. The line looks like this:

<script src="https://my.notiamo.com/widget.js" data-site="pk_…" defer></script>

Check that the site’s address is in Allowed origins on the same page. Add the webflow.io staging address too if your client reviews there. More in Install the widget.

Before you start

Webflow says custom code can be added by site managers and designers when the site has an active Site plan, or the Workspace is on a Core, Growth, Agency or Freelancer plan.

Add the code

  1. Open the site’s Site settings, then the Custom code tab.
  2. Paste the embed code into the Footer code field. Webflow places this code before the closing </body> tag of every page.
  3. Click Save changes.
  4. Publish the site. Custom code runs on the published site, not in the Designer.

For one page only, the page’s own settings have a Custom code section with a field before </body> too.

Check that it works

Open the published site with ?review=1 at the end of the address. The review button appears at the bottom right. If it does not, see Fix common problems.
