Notiamo has an MCP server at https://my.notiamo.com/api/mcp. Cursor connects to remote MCP servers through its mcp.json file.
Create a token
In Notiamo, open Settings and find the Agent tokens card. Choose a name, the access and the site, press Create token and copy it. It is shown only once. The details are in Connect an AI agent.
Add the server
Cursor reads two files:
~/.cursor/mcp.jsonin your home folder, for all projects;.cursor/mcp.jsonin a project folder, for that project only.
Open or create one of them and add the notiamo server, with your token in place of YOUR_TOKEN:
{
"mcpServers": {
"notiamo": {
"url": "https://my.notiamo.com/api/mcp",
"headers": {
"Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_TOKEN"
}
}
}
}
If the file already has other servers, add notiamo next to them inside mcpServers.
Do not commit a project file that contains the token. Cursor can read it from an environment variable instead: "Authorization": "Bearer ${env:NOTIAMO_TOKEN}", with NOTIAMO_TOKEN set in your shell profile.
Check it and use it
Open Customize in Cursor’s sidebar and check that the notiamo server is turned on. Then, in the project of a site, ask the agent: “Show the open Notiamo feedback for this site.” Cursor asks for your approval before it uses an MCP tool, unless you change that.
The agent finds the right site through the .notiamo.json file in the project. Download it from the site page in Notiamo, or let the AI prompt create it. See Install the widget.
