# Notiamo

> Notiamo is website feedback for agencies and their clients: clients comment on their website at the exact spot, and the team gets the page, the screenshot and the discussion in one place. An AI agent can open a free account for its owner, install the widget through the MCP server and work on the comments.

- [Sign-up endpoint](https://my.notiamo.com/api/agent/signup): `POST` JSON with email, name, agent, locale and optionally company, siteUrl, referral. Poll `GET https://my.notiamo.com/api/agent/signup/{requestId}` with `Authorization: Bearer <pollSecret>` every pollAfterSeconds.

Tools: whoami, list_sites, find_site, list_comments, get_comment, reply, set_status, assign, list_team, get_account, list_plans, get_billing, start_trial, list_clients, create_client, create_site, update_site_address, get_install, check_install, invite, get_payment_link. After sign-up the account already has a client and a site: use list_sites to find it, update_site_address if the address is wrong, then get_install and check_install. create_site and invite with a client role need a clientId from list_clients.
- Refusal codes: signup_blocked, rate_limited, agent_signup_paused, agent_signup_closed, account_exists, email_not_accepted, invalid_input, plan_limit. Show refusals to your owner; never work around them.
